陳懷璞，一位以雙手與意志馴服大海的探險家。他不僅是英國皇家遊艇協會（RYA）認證的職業級航海大師船長，更成為全球最年輕、無動力帆船成功橫跨北大西洋的航海者。他用天文導航技術，與海浪搏鬥 47 天，抵達新大陸，為台灣航海史寫下傳奇。他的名字，甚至被美國麻省理工學院（MIT）林肯實驗室命名為小行星「15554 Chenhuaipu」，象徵其對航海探險的非凡貢獻。
從基隆海邊的童年，到全球海洋論壇的台灣代表；從魚能發電的科展冠軍，到YouTube紀錄片《海上尋家的探險家》超過 10 萬觀看次數。陳懷璞以行動證明：「世界比我們想的還大，而勇氣是通往夢想的秘訣。」

A RYA-certified Yachtmaster Offshore Captain, he became the youngest person ever to cross the North Atlantic on a non-motorized sailboat. His name now shines among the stars—MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory named Asteroid 15554 "Chenhuaipu" in honor of his achievements.
From a childhood on Keelung’s shores to representing Taiwan at global ocean summits, from inventing electricity-generating fish to captivating 100K+ viewers on YouTube with his documentary The Explorer Seeking Home at Sea, Chen proves one thing:
