一、借用時間：至114年5月22日止，上班日上午9時-12時、14時-17時(總務處前業於113年10月9日東總字第1130023351號書函通知在案)。 二、歸還時間： (1)畢業典禮當日(5月24日)：14時00分-19時00分。 (2)5月26日至6月4日：上班日上午9時-12時、14時-17時 三、借用歸還地點：總務處保管組(行政大樓203室)， 四、歸還方式: (1)親自歸還：請送至總務處保管組(行政大樓203室)。 (2)寄送歸還：請寄至「花蓮縣壽豐鄉志學村大學路2段1號，國立東華大學總務處保管組行政大樓203室」，須註明系所、學號、姓名及電話。 五、團體借用者，請借用代表人確認歸還所有學位服。 六、逾期歸還者，每逾1日每件滯還金新台幣50元(未滿1日以1日計，不含例假日)，並以學位服賠償金額為上限。 七、檢附「國立東華大學學位服借用要點」、「學位服損壞賠償金額表」供參。 八、如有任何疑問請逕洽保管組陳鵬安，分機：6343。 總務處保管組 敬上 1.Attention Graduates：Deadline for borrowing the uniform (as of 22.5.114)，Borrowing time is AM：09：00-12：00, PM：14：00-17：00. 2.Return time： (1) Graduation Ceremony (5/24)：14：00 - 19：00 hrs.
